Virtual Locate Simulator and Accreditation Studio at Staking University 2017 Round Table

At Staking University’s world-renowned Manteno locator training campus UTTO presented the latest release of the Locate Training Simulator platform which included mixed reality views of underground signal distortion and trained new techs while challenging seasoned locate veterans.

UTTO President Alan Haddy noted while between round tables that it was “an amazing damage prevention knowledge sharing event put on by organizers Mike Parilac and his team and that the Locate Simulator demonstrated how technology can help raise the bar in quality and performance of real world locating as the industry begins to transition to a new generation of field techs with increasing demands on training and productivity.”
